1. Introduction

RAISA FOUNDATION is a registered charitable organization dedicated to empowering communities and providing essential support to those in need. We appreciate every contribution that helps us advance our mission. However, we acknowledge that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

2. General Refund Policy

Because RAISA FOUNDATION is a charitable organization and donations are immediately allocated to our charitable projects, donations are generally considered non-refundable. We ask all donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be carefully evaluated and may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate Transactions: If an erroneous duplicate donation has been made due to a technical glitch or human error.
Technical Errors: If a technical error resulted in incorrect charges being deducted from your account.
Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction was made without your authorization and has been verified by the donor's bank or credit card provider.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date. To request a refund, please contact us immediately with the following details:

Date of donation
Donation amount
Transaction ID or receipt number
Reason for the refund request

5. Final Decision

RAISA FOUNDATION will review all refund requests diligently. The decision of RAISA FOUNDATION regarding any refund request shall be final and binding.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed and completed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor. Donations are treated as final gifts to the foundation.

In exceptional circumstances involving technical errors or duplicate payments (as outlined above), donors may contact RAISA FOUNDATION for assistance. RAISA FOUNDATION reserves the right to review each cancellation or refund request on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
